All the FCC S.A. publics will be able to contact the Complaint Channel upon identifying or suspect of the existence of irregularities related to Legality, Ethics and Conduct by those who act in the name of the organization.

Upon using any of the channels of this page, you will receive a protocol serial number for the follow-up of your complaint, and the information provided will be used for the analysis and management of the report, which can result in the collection of any further information deemed necessary.

Please be reminded that this tool should be used in a conscious way so as to maintain the reliability of the channel. All the process is managed by a specialized, independent firm, which secures the anonymity of the complaints.
