The Corporate Volunteering Program Chain of Goodness, an FCC S.A. initiative aims at promoting solidarity, active citizenship and social transformation, fostering the volunteer participation of its collaborators.
Check the activities performed by the Chain of Goodness in 2024:
- Blood Donation: 209 pouches collected in two campaigns (May and November);
- Winter-Clothing Campaign: 292 items donated, including 94 blankets, helping institutions such as Doce Morada Shelter, Emmanuel Home and O Aprisco;
- Solidary Christmas: 175 children in state of social vulnerability sponsored with clothing and shoes, in a celebration full of joy and solidarity;
- Action with the Elderly: 170 persons attended in the Doce Morada Shelter, with donations of essential items, hygiene kits, live music and snacks;
- Aid to the Rio Grande do Sul Rain Victims: R$ 16,120 collected, with donations from collaborators and the FCC S.A., a crucial support in a time of need;
- You Make + (Donations from Income Tax): Incentive for directing an Income tax fraction to children, adolescents and elderly support funds;
- Easter Action: Distribution of 100 chocolate boxes to children and adolescents of between 5 and 14 years, assisted by the Isaque Project at Santa Cruz, Rio de Janeiro;
- Book Donation: 84 books collected and donated to AME (the Engenho Residents Association) at the municipality of Itaguaí – RJ;
- Yellow September: 200 collaborators benefitted with awareness raising activities, providing well-being and smiles in the corporate environment;
- Professions Almanac: Participation of 33 youngsters and assistance at two education institutions;
- Action with Leadership: Renovation of spaces at the M. Leuza Santos Daycare facility (RJ), including kitchen garden, gardens and recreational areas, promoting a more friendly environment for children.
These efforts translated into the following results:

Actions performed by the Volunteering Program directly contribute to the following Sustainable Development Objectives (SDO):
Besides, for the second consecutive year, FCC S.A. was awarded the VoL Prize, which acknowledges the best corporate volunteering management practices. This appreciation reflects the company commitment in fostering and valuing volunteer work as a transformational force.
Through these initiatives, the Chain of Goodness reaffirms the FCC S.A. social responsibility and its positive impact on society. This journey reflects, above all, the value of collaboration, essential to transform lives and built a more human and solidary future.
