The Diversity and Inclusion topic is gaining advancement in the last few years as a result of the society and the business world demands for positioning of the organizations. Besides the importance of the commitment with Social Responsibility, the union of people having different perspectives and experiences combined with an inclusive environment stimulates creativity and therefore provides the Company with a healthy environment and better results.
For this end, besides promoting sensitization actions for introducing this subject, FCC S.A. executed a Diversity Census, a fundamental step to identify the real employees’ diversity panorama, aiming at collecting data related to the diversity impacts on the organization, such as the team diversity profile, the perception of its benefits, the alignment with the company strategy and the leaderships commitment with the actions related to the topic.
FCC S.A. believes that Diversity and Inclusion is the key for innovation and proceeds to boost the building of a more diverse and inclusive culture. The first step for the construction of this Journey has been taken.
