FCC S.A. performs the first edition of the 2024 Professions Almanac Program

In February Fábrica Carioca de Catalisadores S.A. started the first edition of the 2024 Professions Almanac Program, at the "O Aprisco" Association, in the city of Itaguaí, Rio de Janeiro. This initiative represents one of the actions of the “Chain of Goodness” Volunteering Program.

For the first two days essential subjects were addressed such as Property Security, Production Engineering and Labor Safety. On the third day volunteers promoted a talk on the importance of sports, sharing with the people present precious life and professional experiences.

On the fourth and last meeting, a volunteer shared his practical experience in an industrial plant, discussing the operational routine in a shift regime and his educational choices upon being admitted in the company. 

In order to close this first cycle with the "O Aprisco" Association, volunteers organized a visit to FCC S.A., providing the adolescents with an opportunity to explore the administrative sectors and participate in a guided tour through the industrial area.  

On the Program 

The Professions Almanac Program, an initiative of the Fábrica Carioca de Catalisadores S.A., aims at promoting the professional development of adolescents by presenting professional paths and academic backgrounds of volunteers.
