FCC S.A. earns the Great Place to Work certification

In March 2024 Fábrica Carioca de Catalisadores FCC S.A. earned the Great Place to Work (GPTW) hallmark, a world-renowned certification acknowledging the leader organizations for excellence at the workplace. 

Granted by the Great Place to Work consulting, the certification is the result of a comprehensive survey that assesses the organizational climate and professional satisfaction in various organizations.
The survey objective is to identify the best people management practices and acknowledge the businesses highlighted in this aspect. 

The participation in the research was directed to FCC S.A. professionals, who evaluated several aspects of the workplace, including leadership, organizational culture, growth opportunities, benefits and balance between personal and professional life. 

The results were extremely positive, with excellent evaluations in several key-areas. Besides, the company received a set of recommendations to additionally improve its practices, these being carefully studied and implemented. 

This achievement demonstrates the FCC S.A. commitment to the well-being and satisfaction of its employees, reinforcing its reputation as an excellent place to work.
